The following represents a list of dates presently committed to others for mediation or otherwise unavailable.  You may assume that if the date is not disclosed as unavailable, it is therefore available for your mediation, but you will need to confirm the same with the office, because the calendar changes daily and sometimes hourly depending on the number of matters vying for dates.

Paid private mediations may be set on any weekday not otherwise shown below as unavailable, and by special arrangement occasionally on a weekend day if a weekday is unavailable and time is of the essence.

Please note that Wednesdays generally are not available for court-connected mediations, except "Party Select" (aka "Party Pay") mediations.  Wednesdays are usually reserved for paid mediations.  Wednesdays already actually committed are included in the list below. 

Except in extenuating circumstances, mediations are scheduled to begin usually not later than 10:00 AM so that the full day is available if progress is being made towards resolution.
